Our recently built property offers elegant, functional spaces equipped with the latest comforts. It is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area of Cammarata, a village nestled in the green pine forest of the Sicani Mountains, a protected area of great natural value. Rare species of falconiformes and endemic herbaceous plants live here, making the surrounding area a true paradise for nature lovers. Hotel Halykos takes its name from the ancient Greek name for the Platani River, which flows through the heart of Sicily, evoking the memory of a land rich in history, culture, and natural beauty. This connection to the region reflects our commitment to authentic hospitality, rooted in tradition yet focused on the future.

Hotel Halykos is located just steps from the center of Cammarata and San Giovanni Gemini, two welcoming villages steeped in history. In just 15 minutes, you can reach the summit of Mount Cammarata, the island's second-highest peak after Mount Etna, offering breathtaking views of the Sicilian hinterland, including lush pine forests and Mediterranean scrub. The SS189 highway is just 10 minutes away, while Agrigento and its famous Valley of the Temples are 30 minutes away. Palermo can be reached in an hour, and Falcone-Borsellino International Airport in about an hour and a quarter.
